I had such a great time last night - I was just very tired (late night). I am so glad that you started this! The speakers were absolutely wonderful; however, they did go over my head for most of it as I am just a beginner in all of this. As you know, I'm only here in town sometimes very briefly so it was nice to be able to read that in the hard copy just sitting at groundspeed zero! There are so many events I wish I could attend that you've made possible for us, but I'm usually stranded somewhere else in the country (or at 35,000 feet or so)! Thank you so much for your responsiveness every time that we have a question.
Right now, we are not sure that we are going ahead with the project on S. Indiana. There are a lot of unknowns for our level of experience.
We have some opportunities closer to home that have emerged that we are very interested in. Should we decide to continue with that project, I will definitely get in touch with one of those banks. That was a great idea since they understand that market.
